1. Agreement & Relationship

By using the website lokua.co (the "Platform") and the 7-Day Reset (the "Framework"), you are entering into a legally binding agreement with Short Form Future LLC.

While the Platform may be branded as "Lokua," the Framework and all related content are owned and operated by Short Form Future LLC. All references to "we," "us," or "the Service" in these Terms refer to Short Form Future LLC in its capacity as the provider and operator of the Framework.

2. Mandatory Mindfulness & Educational Disclaimer

THE 7-DAY RESET IS A SELF-GUIDED MINDFULNESS AND EDUCATIONAL TOOL OWNED BY SHORT FORM FUTURE LLC. IT IS NOT A SUBSTITUTE FOR PROFESSIONAL MEDICAL ADVICE, DIAGNOSIS, PSYCHOTHERAPY, OR MENTAL HEALTH TREATMENT.

Short Form Future LLC does not provide medical or crisis intervention services. We do not prescribe or advise on the use of any medications or supplements. IF YOU ARE IN A CRISIS OR A LIFE-THREATENING EMERGENCY, CALL OR TEXT 988 (SUICIDE & CRISIS LIFELINE) OR DIAL 911 IMMEDIATELY.

3. No Guarantee of Results

The Programs are educational and self-guided. While we design them with care and many participants report meaningful shifts, we make no promise, representation, or guarantee of any specific outcome, result, or improvement in your mental, emotional, or physical state. This includes, without limitation, any reduction in anxiety, changes in mood, sleep, productivity, relationships, income, or quality of life.

Results vary by individual and depend on many factors that are outside Short Form Future LLC's control, including (but not limited to): your consistency and engagement with the Program, your honesty in self-reporting, your personal history, any underlying medical or mental health conditions, your concurrent care from licensed professionals, and your life circumstances during the Program.

Testimonials and example outcomes shown anywhere on the Platform (including the homepage, landing pages, marketing emails, and social media) reflect individual experiences and are not typical, average, or guaranteed. They are provided for illustrative purposes only and should not be relied upon as a prediction of your own results.

By purchasing or using any Program, you acknowledge and agree that you are not paying for a guaranteed outcome and that any decision to participate is made based on your own judgment.

4. Programs & Digital Products

We may offer one or more self-guided programs, frameworks, courses, or other digital products through the Platform (collectively, the "Programs"), including the 7-Day Reset and a 16-week personal system designed to help customers rewire habits (the "16-Week Personal System"), a ninety-day system reset program (the "90-Day System Reset"), and the four-month premium personalized programs offered as the "4 Month Premium Personalized Anxiety Reset" and/or the "4 Month Premium Personalized Daily System" (the same tier of personalized offering, including under prior or alternate branding).

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, Programs are delivered digitally and are intended for individual, personal use only.

5. Personalized Programs & 1:1 Coaching — No Refunds / Chargebacks

Some Programs may be personalized, application-based, coached, or otherwise tailored to you, including programs that include 1:1 coaching, custom plans, individualized feedback, scheduling allocations, or any other services that require reserving time or capacity.

All purchases of Personalized Programs (including 1:1 coaching) are final. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we do not offer refunds, returns, partial refunds, chargeback reversals, or credits for Personalized Programs, including for unused time, incomplete participation, dissatisfaction, changes in personal circumstances, or perceived results.

Chargebacks: Because access, materials, and/or scheduling allocations may be provided immediately, you agree that initiating a chargeback or payment dispute in lieu of contacting support is a material breach of these Terms. We may submit evidence to the payment processor or bank to contest any chargeback, including order confirmation, access logs, session records, communications, and these Terms.

Format Changes — 1:1 Calls May Be Converted to Group Calls: We reserve the right, at our sole and absolute discretion and at any time without prior notice, to convert any 1:1 coaching call, private call, one-on-one session, or similarly described individual call included in a Personalized Program into a group call, small-group call, cohort call, or other multi-participant format. The substituted format is provided in full satisfaction of our delivery obligation for that call and does not entitle you to a refund, partial refund, credit, make-up session, rescheduling, or any other compensation. Any reference to "1:1 coaching," "private call," "one-on-one," or similar language at checkout, on landing pages, in emails, or in any marketing materials describes the originally planned format and is expressly subject to this right of conversion. By purchasing or using any Personalized Program, you acknowledge and agree to this term.

If a specific Program includes a different written refund policy at checkout, that specific policy will control for that Program and only to the extent explicitly stated.

6. 4 Month Premium Personalized Anxiety Reset — No Refunds

The 4 Month Premium Personalized Anxiety Reset (the "Premium Personalized Reset") is a personalized coaching and educational Program. It is not psychotherapy, clinical treatment, or a substitute for care from a licensed mental health professional. IF YOU ARE IN A CRISIS OR A LIFE-THREATENING EMERGENCY, CALL OR TEXT 988 (SUICIDE & CRISIS LIFELINE) OR DIAL 911 IMMEDIATELY OR CONTACT YOUR LOCAL EMERGENCY SERVICES.

Due to the bespoke nature of this program, work begins immediately upon purchase as the initial intake is manually customized for each client. Therefore, once the purchase is complete, the personalization process has begun, all fees are non-refundable.

All sales of the Premium Personalized Reset are final. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we do not offer refunds, returns, partial refunds, chargeback reversals, or credits for the Premium Personalized Reset, including for unused time or sessions, incomplete participation, dissatisfaction, changes in personal circumstances, scheduling conflicts, or perceived results. Section 3 (No Guarantee of Results) and Section 5 (Personalized Programs) apply in full.

Unless a different written refund policy is expressly displayed at checkout for your specific purchase, no exception applies. If checkout states a different policy, that checkout language controls for that purchase only and only to the extent explicitly stated.

Format Changes: Any 1:1 coaching call, private call, one-on-one session, or similarly described individual call included in the Premium Personalized Reset may be converted to a group call, small-group call, cohort call, or other multi-participant format at any time, without prior notice, at our sole and absolute discretion. 7. 4 Month Premium Personalized Daily System — No Refunds

The 4 Month Premium Personalized Daily System (the "Premium Personalized Daily System") is a personalized coaching and educational Program. All sales of the Premium Personalized Daily System are final. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we do not offer refunds, returns, partial refunds, chargeback reversals, or credits for the Premium Personalized Daily System, including for unused time or sessions, incomplete participation, dissatisfaction, changes in personal circumstances, scheduling conflicts, or perceived results. Section 3 (No Guarantee of Results) and Section 5 (Personalized Programs) apply in full.

Format Changes: Any 1:1 coaching call, private call, one-on-one session, or similarly described individual call included in the Premium Personalized Daily System may be converted to a group call, small-group call, cohort call, or other multi-participant format at any time, without prior notice, at our sole and absolute discretion. The substituted format satisfies our delivery obligation for that call in full and is not grounds for a refund, partial refund, credit, make-up session, rescheduling, or any other compensation. Section 5 (Format Changes) applies in full to this Program.

By purchasing the Premium Personalized Daily System, you acknowledge that outcomes vary by individual and depend on many factors outside our control, including your consistency and engagement, and that you are not paying for a guaranteed outcome.

8. The 7-Day Reset Commitment & Refund Policy

We offer a 100% money-back guarantee for the 7-Day Reset, subject to strict adherence to the following Technical Completion Requirements:

The 7-Day Streak: You must complete all seven (7) days of the Framework in consecutive order. A gap exceeding 36 hours between consecutive day completions voids refund eligibility.
Full Duration Engagement: You must engage with every timed technique for its entire programmed duration. Using "Skip" features or navigating away from the active tab during a timer will disqualify the session.
Final Authority: Short Form Future LLC's internal server logs are the final and sole authority in determining refund eligibility.

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 calendar days of the original purchase date. Eligibility is strictly contingent upon the documented completion of all seven (7) days with no gap exceeding 36 hours between consecutive day completions, as verified by our server logs.

This guarantee applies exclusively to the standalone 7-Day Reset product and does not extend to any Personalized Programs or the 4-Month Reset.

9. 90-Day System Reset — No Refunds

All sales of the 90-Day System Reset are final. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we do not offer refunds, returns, partial refunds, chargeback reversals, or credits for the 90-Day System Reset, including for unused time, incomplete participation, dissatisfaction, changes in personal circumstances, or perceived results.

Because access is provided immediately (including digital content, community access, training materials, and/or scheduling allocations as applicable), you agree that initiating a chargeback or payment dispute in lieu of contacting support is a material breach of these Terms. We may submit evidence to the payment processor or bank to contest any chargeback, including order confirmation, access logs, session records, communications, and these Terms.

Format Changes: If the 90-Day System Reset includes any 1:1 coaching call, private call, or one-on-one session (now or in the future), that call may be converted to a group call, small-group call, cohort call, or other multi-participant format at any time, without prior notice, at our sole and absolute discretion. The substituted format satisfies our delivery obligation in full and is not grounds for a refund, credit, or make-up session. Section 5 (Format Changes) applies in full.

10. 16-Week Personal System — No Refunds

All sales of the 16-Week Personal System are final. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we do not offer refunds, returns, partial refunds, chargeback reversals, or credits for the 16-Week Personal System, including for unused time, incomplete participation, dissatisfaction, changes in personal circumstances, or perceived results.

Chargebacks: Because access and/or scheduling allocations may be provided immediately, you agree that initiating a chargeback or payment dispute in lieu of contacting support is a material breach of these Terms. We may submit evidence to the payment processor or bank to contest any chargeback, including order confirmation, access logs, session records, communications, and these Terms.

We do not provide refunds for the 16-Week Personal System for any reason, including provider non-performance, scheduling complications, or dissatisfaction.

Format Changes: Any 1:1 coaching call, private call, one-on-one session, or similarly described individual call included in the 16-Week Personal System may be converted to a group call, small-group call, cohort call, or other multi-participant format at any time, without prior notice, at our sole and absolute discretion. The substituted format satisfies our delivery obligation for that call in full and is not grounds for a refund, partial refund, credit, make-up session, rescheduling, or any other compensation. Section 5 (Format Changes) applies in full to this Program.

By purchasing the 16-Week Personal System, you acknowledge that outcomes vary by individual and depend on many factors outside our control, including your consistency and engagement.

11. Participant Conduct & Termination for Cause

When you participate in any live call, video session, group session, or other real-time interaction included in a Program (a "Live Session"), you must conduct yourself appropriately. The following conduct is prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

Impairment: Appearing on or participating in a Live Session while under the influence of alcohol, illegal drugs, or any prescription or other substance that materially impairs your judgment, behavior, or ability to participate safely and respectfully. You are responsible for ensuring you are fit to participate at the scheduled time.
Inappropriate appearance: Nudity, partial nudity, or appearing on camera or otherwise visible during a Live Session in attire that is not appropriate for a professional coaching environment—including, without limitation, appearing shirtless, in underwear, lingerie, swimwear, or other states of undress unsuitable for a coaching session. Dress as you would for a professional video meeting.

Termination for Cause. If we determine, in our reasonable discretion, that you have breached this Section or engaged in conduct that is disruptive, unsafe, harassing, or incompatible with the Program, we may immediately suspend or terminate your access to any Program, including Personalized Programs and 1:1 coaching, without prior notice ("Termination for Cause").

Upon Termination for Cause, to the fullest extent permitted by law:

No refund: No refund, partial refund, credit, or chargeback reversal will be issued for any fees already paid, including for Personalized Programs and 1:1 coaching.
Outstanding fees due immediately: All outstanding fees under your enrollment—including unpaid installments, balances, or scheduled payments—become due and payable immediately upon Termination for Cause. We may charge any payment method on file or pursue collection as permitted by law.
You must cease using all Program materials and may not re-enroll without our prior written consent.

We may rely on staff observations, participant reports, session recordings where permitted by law, or other evidence when determining whether a breach occurred. Our determination regarding Termination for Cause is final for purposes of these Terms, subject to applicable law.

12. Intellectual Property

The 7-Day Reset Framework, including its methodology, proprietary persona structures, journaling prompts, and specific sequences, is the exclusive intellectual property of Short Form Future LLC. Your purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive license for personal use. You may not copy, redistribute, or "white label" the Framework without express written permission from Short Form Future LLC.

13. Privacy, Data Processing & Policy Updates

By using the Platform or any Program, you acknowledge that we may collect and process information you submit (including applications, intake forms, program notes, social media direct messages (DMs), email correspondence, and other communications) to deliver the Service, including through third-party tools and service providers used to help us process and prepare responses to your submissions. Where reasonably practicable, automated processing is limited so that direct account identifiers (such as email addresses or internal user IDs) are not included; content you write may still contain personal details you voluntarily provided.

We may update these Terms and our Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes are effective when posted with an updated "Last Updated" date. We may make changes without prior notice. Your continued use of the Platform or any Program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms where permitted by law.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Short Form Future LLC and its operators shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the Framework. Our total aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

15. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina. Any legal action must be brought exclusively in the courts located in Charleston County, South Carolina.
