1. Data Controller

Short Form Future LLC is the data controller for information collected through lokua.co and our Programs. We are committed to protecting your privacy.

2. Information We Collect

Depending on how you use the Platform, we may collect:

  • Account & contact data: name, email, and related profile information you provide.
  • Purchase data: payment and order details handled via secure third-party processors (we do not store full card numbers).
  • Program activity: progress markers, check-ins, practice completions, and similar usage data needed to operate Programs.
  • Questionnaires & intake: answers you voluntarily submit for guides, personalized upgrades, premium programs, applications, and coaching.

WE DO NOT COLLECT, RECORD, OR STORE AUDIO DATA BY DEFAULT.

3. Advertising Pixels & Data Protection

We may use pixels (Meta, Google, TikTok) for marketing purposes. However:

  • Program isolation: Your questionnaire answers, intake responses, and internal program reflections are not transmitted to these advertising platforms for ad targeting.
  • Intentional privacy: We configure collection so sensitive program content is masked from third-party advertising scrapers where practicable.

4. Use of Data & Marketing

We use your data to operate Programs, deliver purchased access, communicate about your account, and send marketing only if you have opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time. We do not sell your personal data.

5. Questionnaires, Coaching Data & Third-Party AI Services

For personalized programs, applications, coaching, and related features, we may collect information you submit voluntarily, including questionnaire answers, intake responses, program notes, social media direct messages, email correspondence, and similar content.

We may use third-party service providers (including cloud hosting, email, payment, analytics, and AI / automated processing services) to operate the Platform and help us process, organize, and draft materials or responses based on your submissions — for example, generating a first draft of a personalized daily system for human review.

Where reasonably practicable, we limit what is sent to these providers by not including direct account identifiers such as email addresses or internal user IDs in automated processing requests. Content may still include personal details you chose to write in your answers or messages. Identifiers remain in our own systems and are matched back after processing.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your coaching, intake, questionnaire, or message responses for third-party advertising or ad targeting (consistent with Section 3).

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes are effective when posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
