1. Data Controller

Short Form Future LLC is the data controller for all information collected through the 7-Day Reset Framework. We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring your mindfulness journey remains personal.

2. Information We Collect

To facilitate the Framework and verify refund eligibility, we collect:

  • Verification Data: Timestamps of your activity (timer starts/ends).
  • Persona Selection: Your selected "Persona" (e.g., "Achiever," "Giver") to personalize the content.
  • Account/Payment Data: Handled via our secure third-party processors.

WE DO NOT COLLECT, RECORD, OR STORE AUDIO DATA.

3. The "Pixel Shield" & Data Protection

We use pixels (Meta, Google, TikTok) for marketing purposes. However:

  • Framework Isolation: Your specific persona selections and progress markers are not transmitted to these third-party advertising platforms.
  • Intentional Privacy: We have configured our data collection to ensure your internal reflections within the Framework are masked from third-party advertising scrapers.

4. Use of Data & Marketing

We use your data to operate the Framework, verify refund completion, and send you mindfulness-related marketing if you have opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time. We do not sell your personal data.

5. Coaching Data, Questionnaires, Messages & Service Providers

For personalized programs, applications, coaching, and related features, we may collect information you submit voluntarily, including questionnaire answers, intake responses, program notes, social media direct messages (DMs), email correspondence, and similar content you share to receive support or participate in a Program.

We may use third-party service providers (including cloud hosting, email, payment, analytics, and automated processing tools) to operate the Platform and help us process, organize, and prepare responses to your submissions. Where reasonably practicable, we limit what is sent to these providers—for example by not including direct account identifiers such as email addresses or internal user IDs in automated processing requests. Content may still include personal details you chose to write in your answers or messages.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your coaching, intake, questionnaire, or message responses for third-party advertising or ad targeting (consistent with Section 3).

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes are effective when posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. We may make changes without prior notice. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy where permitted by law.
